摘　　要：培养应用型高校人才是社会发展的需求,因此,以培养应用型高校人才的职业理想、专业技能和素养为目标,科研促教学、教学与科研良性互动,修改科研计划,补充教学缺失的关键。因此,学生参与科研项目是教学的重要环节之一,使提高学生的思考和理解能力,训练基本功能的基础,也是学生在学习过程中体会到成就感的基础。该文提出设立项目的方法建立校内外联合培养模式,为社会需要人才要求与教学科研融合,给社会培养高素质人才提供依据。Cultivating talents in application-oriented universities is the demand of social development. Therefore, aiming at cultivating the professional ideals, professional skills and accomplishments of talents in application-oriented universities, scientific research promotes the benign interaction among teaching, teaching and scientific research, and modifies the scientific research plan to supplement the lack of teaching. Therefore, students’ participation in scientific research projects is one of the important links in teaching, which is the basis for improving students’ thinking and understanding ability and training basic functions, and also the basis for students to feel a sense of accomplishment in the learning process. This paper puts forward the method of setting up a project to establish a joint training mode inside and outside the school, which provides a basis for the integration of social demand for talents with teaching and scientific research and the cultivation of high-quality talents for the society.
