摘　　要：通过对案例教学的再认识,本文归纳了案例教学组织实施的一般方法。结合航天发射任务组织管理学员任职培训需求,课程组进一步优化案例教学内容体系,编写案例教材,满足教学改革新要求。经过近三年的实践教学,航天发射案例教学质量得到明显提升。Through a re-understanding of case teaching, general methods for organizing and implementing case teaching have been summarized. Based on the vocational training needs for space launch mission organization and management personnel, the course team further optimized the content system of case teaching, developed case textbook, and met the new requirements of teaching reform. After nearly three years of practical teaching, the quality of space launch case teaching has been significantly improved.
