摘  要:为提升西部边境地区小学数学教师的专业素养与教学水平,落实推进城乡义务教育均衡的发展,本研究以西南边境地区小学数学教师职后培训现状与提升策略作为研究主题。采用问卷的方式调查西南边境地区小学数学教师职后培训的现状,针对存在的问题,提出小学数学教师职后培训的优化策略。In order to improve the professional quality and teaching level of primary school mathematics teachers in the western border areas, and implement and promote the balanced development of urban and rural compulsory education, this study takes the status quo and improvement strategies of post-service training of primary school mathematics teachers in the southwest border areas as the research theme. The present situation of post-service training of primary school mathematics teachers in southwest border area is investigated by means of questionnaire, and the optimization strategy of post-service training of primary school mathematics teachers is proposed in view of the existing problems.
