摘 要:习得性乐观是一种能够在面对挫折和困难时保持乐观情绪,对自身发展有着积极影响的思维方式。在初中阶段,学生的思维能力尚未成熟,经常会在学习和生活中遇到困难和挫折,产生悲观情绪。因此,在教学过程中,教师应该注重培养学生的正面思维能力。本文结合心理学中的认知疗法,提出教师可以通过鼓励学生积极思考和判断、运用正面积极词汇描述事件、培养学生的乐观解释风格等方式来帮助学生养成正面思维习惯,克服消极情绪和悲观心理,形成积极乐观的弹性思维方式。Learned optimism is a way of thinking that can maintain optimism in the face of setbacks and difficulties and has a positive impact on its own development. In junior high school, students’ thinking ability is not yet mature, and they often encounter difficulties and setbacks in learning and life, resulting in pessimism. Therefore, in the teaching process, teachers should pay attention to the cultivation of students’ positive thinking ability. Based on the cognitive therapy in psychology, this paper proposes that teachers can help students develop positive thinking habits, overcome negative emotions and pessimism, and form a positive and optimistic way of thinking by encouraging students to think and judge actively, using positive vocabulary to describe events, and cultivating students’ optimistic interpretation style.
