基于OBE的高校学科竞赛助力思政教育实践路径研究——以深圳大学为例

摘　　要：在新时代高等教育深化发展的背景下,思政教育作为培养学生综合素质的重要环节,其传统的教学模式正面临种种挑战。本文以深圳大学为例,探讨了基于OBE (Outcome-Based Education)教育理念下高校学科竞赛如何助力思政教育发展的实践新路径。在简述OBE理念与高校学科竞赛契合性的基础上,分析了当下高校思政教育模式存在的问题,并给出了改进方案。研究发现,OBE模式能够有效促进学生主动参与,提升思政教育的实效性和吸引力。同时指出,基于OBE的学科竞赛在普及思政教育、优化传统教育模式方面具有显著作用。因此,文章最后提出了基于OBE理念的高校思政教育教学设计路径,以深圳大学师生参与全国大学生红色旅游创意策划大赛为案例,展示了OBE理念在教学改革、实践路径探索以及教学效果提升方面的具体应用,旨在为高校的思想教育改革提供参考和借鉴。In the context of the deepening development of higher education in the new era, ideological and political education, as an important part of cultivating students’ comprehensive qualities, is facing various challenges in its traditional teaching model. Taking Shenzhen University as an example, this paper explores the new practical path of how university subject competitions can help the development of ideological and political education based on the OBE (Outcome-Based Education) education concept. On the basis of briefly describing the compatibility of the OBE concept with university subject competitions, the problems existing in the current university ideological and political education model are analyzed, and improvement plans are given. The study found that the OBE model can effectively promote students’ active participation and improve the effectiveness and attractiveness of ideological and political education.
