摘  要:信息化战争对军校学员的指挥管理和技术创新能力提出更高的要求,对生长干部实施指技融合培养是提高军队人才培养质量的必经之路。针对指技融合人才培养需求,研究提出一套“双牵双驱、四融合”的指技融合人才培养模式,以及相关的培养机制与方法,并通过实践证明该模式的有效性。Information warfare poses higher requirements for the command and technological innovation capabilities of military trainees. Implementing the integration command with technology skills for elementary cadres is a necessary path to improve the quality of military talent training. In response to the requirement for talent training in integrating command with technological innovation, a set of talent training models for the integration of command and technological innovation, named as “dual traction, dual drive, and four integration”, as well as related training mechanisms and methods, have been studied and proposed, the effectiveness of the model has been proven through practice.
