摘  要:按照《国家职业教育改革实施方案》要求,高职院校陆续开展了“三教”改革,但改革的方式、内容、程度如何,如何进行有效评价,成为一个新的课题,评价体系及评价标准的科学性决定着改革的质量及教学质量。本文主要从如何构建科学高效的教学质量监控及评价体系入手,研究制定科学、完善的教学质量评价制度,填补评价体系空白,完善评价内容,更好地解决改革缺陷,完备评价体系,提升教学质量。根据文件要求,具体分析学院“三教改革现状”、评价体系现状,针对存在的问题,研究评价体系构建方法。In accordance with the requirements of the “National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan”, higher vocational colleges have successively carried out the “three teachings” reform, but the way, content, degree of reform, and how to conduct effective evaluation have become a new topic. The scientific nature of the evaluation system and evaluation standards determines the quality of the reform and the quality of teaching. This paper mainly starts with how to build a scientific and efficient teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system, studies and formulates a scientific and perfect teaching quality evaluation system, fills the gaps in the evaluation system, improves the evaluation content, better solves the reform defects, completes the evaluation system, and improves the teaching quality. According to the requirements of the document, the “three teachings reform status” and the evaluation system of the college are specifically analyzed, and the evaluation system construction method is studied for the existing problems.
