摘　　要：新时代新医科建设是一场人才培养模式的重大变革,本文以急诊医学教学为实践对象,以医工融合为契机,通过科教融合,探索在急诊人才培养方面,具备高综合素质能力的,适应新时代发展的医学人才。The construction of new medical science in the new century is a major reform of talent mode. This paper takes the teaching of emergency medicine as the practice object, takes the integration of medical industry as an opportunity, and explores the medical talents with high comprehensive quality and ability to adapt to the development of the new century in the training of emergency personnel through the integration of science and education.
