数字素养对老年旅游者情感体验的影响机制研究

摘  要:目前我国正处于人口老龄化与社会数字化交叉并行的阶段,解决数字供给与老年需求之间的矛盾尤为关键。本文运用扎根理论,基于网络文本和访谈资料对数字素养维度与情感客体构成要素进行归纳,总结出数字素养对老年旅游者情感体验的影响机制,对老年旅游者的内在需求有了更为深入的了解。研究结果可以为老年旅游产品的设计优化、目的地营销与管理提供参考建议,以提升老年旅游者的数字获得感与幸福感。*通讯作者。Nowadays, China is in the stage of population aging and social digitalization cross parallel, it is especially crucial to solve the contradiction between digital supply and elderly demand. In this paper, we use grounded theory to summarize the dimensions of digital literacy and the components of emotional object based on network text and interview data, and summarize the mechanism of digital literacy’s influence on the emotional experience of senior tourists, so as to have a more in-depth understanding of the intrinsic needs of senior tourists. The results of the study can provide reference suggestions for the design optimization of senior tourism products, destination marketing and management, in order to enhance the sense of digital acquisition and happiness of senior tourists.
