摘　　要：食管癌发病率及死亡率一直位居全球恶性肿瘤前列,老年患者所占比例大。然而老年患者临床治疗方案的选择,常常缺乏数据支持并存在争议。本文就可切除食管癌老年患者的相关研究做一综述,旨在为其治疗决策的选择提供参考。The incidence and mortality of esophageal cancer have always been among the top ranks of malignant tumors worldwide, with a large proportion of elderly patients. However, the choice of clinical treatment options for elderly patients often lacks data support and is controversial. This article reviews the relevant studies on elderly patients with resectableophageal cancer, aiming to provide a reference for their treatment decision-making.
