关于壮族古壮字的字体设计实践

摘  要:古壮字大致起源于唐代,是由壮族一些受汉文化教育的文人借助汉字所创造,迄今起码有1300年以上历史,在不同层面对壮族文化的传承与发展发挥了重要作用。目前,从语言学和史学角度对古壮字进行研究的较多,从视觉设计方面的研究还没有被涉及。本文首先介绍了古壮字的字体设计实践研究意义、目的以及古壮字的研究现状;接着从古壮字的发展概述、历史价值与作用、继承与创新三个方面研究了古壮字;最后从文字结构入手,将古壮字与壮族祖先花山岩壁画中的蛙人形象相结合进行字体设计,从而拓展文字形态设计的更多可能性。希望通过本文的探究能够对壮族文字设计工作提供一些有益的借鉴,建立壮族文化传承的新途径。The ancient Zhuang characters originated in the Tang Dynasty. They were created by some Zhuang literati educated in Chinese culture with the help of Chinese characters. Up to now, they have a history of at least 1300 years and play an important role in the inheritance and development of Zhuang culture at different levels. At present, there are many researches on ancient Zhuang characters from the perspective of linguistics and history, but the research on visual design has not been involved. This paper first introduces the significance and purpose of the practical research on the font design of ancient Zhuang characters, as well as the research status of ancient Zhuang characters;Then it studies the ancient Zhuang characters from three aspects: the development overview, historical value and function, inheritance and innovation;Finally, starting from the character structure, the ancient Zhuang characters are combined with the image of frogman in huashanyan frescoes, the ancestor of Zhuang nationality, to carry out the font design, so as to expand the possibility of character form design. It is hoped that the research of this paper can provide some useful reference for Zhuang character design and establish a new way of Zhuang culture inheritance.
