乡村未来社区营建背景下的景观设计策略研究

摘　　要：随着我国乡村变革的到来,重建乡村发展规划的框架,将建设、治理、保障、保护、发展等要素整合,发展建设一个生态绿色、生产低碳、生活健康、文脉有序、技术先进的新乡村,成为时代的强烈呼声。2019年浙江省首次在“未来社区”概念的基础上提出了“乡村未来社区”的建设目标,笔者将浙江乡村未来社区的实践经验总结概括为以人为核心、生态为基础、信息技术为纽带、整体发展为根本的“五个体系”,围绕“五个体系”的需求,乡村未来社区景观设计形成了利用自然乡土环境,发挥审美价值;利用绿色生态资源,突显健康价值;确立朴素自然的审美标准,营造“诗意”的景观情境;延续传统文脉,打造“桃源式”栖居模式;融入变革科技,无缝链接城乡的“五个策略”。With the arrival of China’s rural transformation, the reconstruction of the framework of rural development planning, the integration of construction, governance, protection, protection, development and other elements, the development of a new countryside of ecological greenery, low-carbon production, healthy life, orderly cultural lineage, advanced technology, has become a strong voice of the times. In 2019 Zhejiang Province, for the first time in the “future community” on the basis of the concept of “future community” put forward the “rural future community” construction goals. On the basis of the concept of “future community in the countryside”, the construction goal of “future community in the countryside” was proposed, and the author summarised the practical experience of the future community in the countryside of Zhejiang Province as “five systems” with the core of human beings, ecology as the foundation, information technology as the link, and overall development as the root of the “five systems”;around the “five systems” needs, rural future community landscape design has formed the use of natural vernacular environment, playing the aesthetic value;the use of green ecological resources, high-lighting the value of health;the establishment of simple and natural aesthetic standards, to create a “poetic” landscape context;the use of green ecological resources, to highlight the value of health;the establishment of simple and natural aesthetic standards, to create “poetic landscape”. The “five strategies” are to utilize the natural vernacular environment to give play to the aesthetic value;to utilize green ecological resources to highlight the health value;to establish simple and natural aesthetic standards to create a “poetic landscape”;to continue the traditional cultural lineage to create a “Taoyuan-style” living mode;and to integrate the changeable science and technology to link the urban and rural areas.
