摘  要:随着中国经济的飞速发展,城市化进程不断加快,老旧历史街区改造日益成为学界日益关注的议题。然而,由于早先改造项目对于城市文化脉络与人民精神需求的关注缺失,现阶段对于二三线城市街巷空间的设计与开发由于照搬既有范式与一线城市模式而常常出现了“千城一貌”的现象,缺乏一定的文化感召力。在这一语境之中,本研究致力于以场所精神理论为指导依据,以淮安市东大街历史街区为研究样地,探讨场所精神理论下的城市街巷空间改造设计的可行性与进步性。通过剖析场所精神理论经典文本与前沿理论研究,以场所精神中“感知”、“认知”、“认同”三阶段为基础,从而推演出理论向实践过渡的三种延展脉络。并在此基础之上,希望通过对于研究样地以及对于样地与理论的适配方式的详细探讨,而对后续设计实践提供一定的建设性指导意见。With the rapid development of China’s economy and the continuous acceleration of urbanization, the renovation of old historical blocks has increasingly become a topic of concern in the academic community. However, due to the lack of attention paid to the cultural context of the city and the spiritual needs of the people in previous renovation projects, the current design and development of street and lane spaces in second and third tier cities often exhibit the phenomenon of “one thousand cities and one appearance” due to the replication of existing paradigms and first tier city models, lacking a certain degree of cultural appeal. In this context, this study aims to explore the feasibility and progress of urban street space renovation design under the theory of place spirit, guided by the theory of place spirit, using the historical block of Dongdajie Street in Huai’an City as the research sample. By analyzing classic texts and cutting-edge theoretical research on the theory of place spirit, based on the three stages of “perception”, “cogni-tion”, and “identification” in place spirit, three extension threads of the transition from theory to practice are deduced. On this basis, we hope to provide constructive guidance for future design practices through a detailed exploration of the research sample plots and their adaptation to theory.
