摘 要:目的:结合体验设计理论和方法,探索影响老年健身体验的人、物、环境等要素,提出社区新老年健身俱乐部设计策略,以提升老年个体健身参与、群体健身互动的体验。方法:在体验设计相关理论的指导下,找到用户需求对应的体验分类,总结和概括新老年群体的生理、心理、社会特征,再结合具有代表性的社区老年健身俱乐部案例进行研究分析,总结出影响老年健身体验的人员、产品及服务、环境等要素。结果及结论:从感官、功能、互动、内涵四个维度提出新老年健身俱乐部体验设计策略,激发老年人健身兴趣,帮助老年人养成长期健身习惯并在健身过程中实现自我价值,增强老年人对社区的认同感、归属感。Objective: This article aims to combine the experience design theory and method, explore the factors of people, objects and environment that affect the elderly fitness experience, and put forward the design strategy of the new elderly fitness club in the community, so as to improve the elderly individual fitness participation and group fitness interaction experience. Methods: Under the guidance of relevant theories of experience design, the experience classification corresponding to user needs was found, and the physiological, psychological and social characteristics of the new elderly group were summarized. Then, the factors affecting the fitness experience of the elderly, such as personnel, products, services and environment, were summarized by combining with representative community fitness club cases. Conclusion: On this basis, the experience design strategy of the new fitness club for the elderly is proposed from four dimensions of sensory, functional, interactive and connotation, in order to stimulate the interest of the elderly in fitness, develop long-term fitness habits and realize self-value in the process of fitness, and enhance the identity and belonging of the elderly to the community.
