摘　　要：患者,40岁,以骶尾部、右侧臀部疼痛起病,入院后经病理活检证实纤维黏液样及硬化性上皮样肉瘤。患者病理类型为混合型,在临床上较罕见。通过腹股沟区放疗,症状缓解。A patient, 40 years old, with pain of sacral and right hip, was diagnosed as low-grade fibromyxoid and fibrous sclerosing epithelioid sarcoma through biopsy. The mixed histologic type is rare in clinical cases. Through radiotherapy of the inguinal regions, pain symptoms were in remission.
