摘　　要：目的:观察参麦注射液防治恶性血液病化疗中胃肠道反应的疗效。方法:2016年1月~2017年12月,我院选择60例恶性血液病化疗病例,随机分成实验组及对照组2组,实验组化疗过程中应用参麦注射液,对照组不加用参麦注射液,观察化疗过程中胃肠道副反应。结论:应用参麦注射液(正大青春宝药业有限公司生产)静滴防治胃肠道副反应收到明显效果。Aim: To observe the efficacy ofShenmai injection in preventing and treating gastrointestinal reactions duringchemotherapy of hematological malignancies. Methods: From January 2016 toDecember 2017, our hospital selected 60 cases of chemotherapy for hematologicalmalignancies and randomly divided them into two groups: an experimental groupand a control group. The experimental group was treated with Shenmai injectionduring chemotherapy, and the control group did not use Shenmai injection. Gastrointestinaladverse effects are observed during chemotherapy. Conclusion: The applicationof Shenmai injection (produced by Zhengda Qingchunbao Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.)intravenously in the prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal adverseeffects has achieved significant results.
