4例豫南黑猪黑色素瘤的病理学诊断分析

摘　　要：为了对河南省的培育品种豫南黑猪的皮肤肿瘤进行初步诊断,试验对4例患病个体进行了临床诊断和病理学组织观察,手术切除肿瘤组织后进行病理组织切片制作和HE染色观察。结果表明:4例患病个体是典型的猪黑色素瘤,主要的病理学变化特征为肿瘤组织排列紊乱,表皮的棘细胞层和基底层的柱状细胞之间有黑色素瘤细胞,呈梭形,椭圆形,体积较正常细胞大,内含有黑色素颗粒。In order to diagnose the skin tumorof Yunan black pigs, a cultivated breed of pigs in Henan province, 4 cases ofsick individuals were diagnosed by clinical diagnosis and histopathologicalobservation. After operation, the tumor tissue was resected and thepathological sections were made and HE staining was used to observe the tumor.The results showed that 4 cases were typical melanoma, and the mainpathological features were disordered arrangement of tumor tissues. There weremelanomas between the spinous cell layer of epidermis and the columnar cells atthe basal layer, which were spindle shaped and elliptic in size, larger thannormal cells, and contained melanin particles.
