数字化转型中跨国公司财务管理挑战及对策分析

摘　　要：本文系统分析了跨国公司在数字化转型过程中财务管理面临的主要挑战,包括数据整合与标准化难题、法规遵从与税务风险、信息安全与隐私保护以及技术选型与人才短缺等问题,提出了建立全球统一数据标准与平台、强化法规遵从与税务筹划、加强信息安全体系建设、技术与人才双重培养等对策,并结合阿里巴巴智能财务平台的实践案例,展示了数字化转型对跨国企业财务管理的积极影响。除此之外,本研究聚焦跨国公司数字化转型过程中的财务管理挑战及对策。通过问卷调查、深度访谈和案例研究等混合研究方法,对150家跨国企业展开系统调研,深入分析了数据整合标准化、法规遵从与税务风险、信息安全与隐私保护、技术选型与人才短缺等主要挑战。研究发现,不同行业、规模和区域的企业在数字化转型过程中呈现显著差异:制造业企业注重流程导向,科技企业侧重智能化升级,零售企业强调全渠道整合;大中小型企业分别采取自主研发、模块化和SaaS服务等差异化路径;亚太、欧洲和北美企业则基于本土特色发展出独具特色的转型方案。This paper systematically analyzes the major financial management challenges faced by multinational corporations in the process of digital transformation, including data integration and standardization problems, regulatory compliance and tax risks, information security and privacy protection, technology selection and talent shortage, etc. Countermeasures such as establishing global unified data standards and platforms, strengthening regulatory compliance and tax planning, strengthening information security system construction, and dual training of technology and talents are put forward.
