关于举办中医药健康服务产业应用型人才本科教育的必要性及对策研究

摘　　要：加快发展中医药健康服务,是全面发展中医药事业的必然要求,是促进健康服务业发展的重要任务。目前我国中医药健康服务业的专业人才严重缺乏,高等院校在“中医药健康服务”领域的专业人才培养能力和规模都远远达不到中医药健康服务业快速发展的要求,加强中医药健康服务业应用型人才的本科教育势在必行。文章从中医药发展供给侧结构性改革、人才需求紧缺等方面进行论证研究,对中医药健康服务业应用型人才本科教育的开展进行对策分析,阐述了以国内现有的中医药高等专科学校为基础,升格筹建本科学校,全面开展中医药健康服务业本科应用型人才培养工作切实可行。Abstract Speeding up the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine health services is an inevitable requirement for the development of TCM, and it is an important task to promote the development of health services. At present, there is a serious shortage of professional talents in our TCM health service industry. The ability and scale of professional talents training of colleges and universities in the field of TCM health service can’t meet the requirements of the rapid development of TCM health services. Therefore, it is imperative to strengthen the applied undergraduate education in TCM health service industry. This paper conducts a study from the aspect of TCM development supply side structural reform, talent shortage and so on, makes a countermeasure analysis of applied undergraduate education in TCM health service industry, and illustrates that it is feasible to promote the construction of undergraduate universities and carry out the applied talents cultivation of TCM health service based on the domestic TCM colleges.
