摘  要:医学影像科是住院医师规范化培训过程中的一个重要组成部分。传统的住院医师培训模式难以激发调动住院医师的学习兴趣和学习主动性。基于PACS系统的整合医学教学模式以其独特的自身优势,通过以系统为中心进行影像病例的整合分析,让医学影像学生能从临床医生的角度分析和解决问题,提高了住院医师对患者疾病的全面认识及综合分析复杂疾病影像诊断的能力,可以充分调动住院医师学习的积极性和主动性,在提高住院医师临床思维能力方面起着积极重要的作用。Medical imaging department is an important part of the standardized training of residents. The traditional resident training model is difficult to stimulate residents’ interest and initiative in learning. The integrated medical teaching model based on PACS system has its unique advantages. Through the integrated analysis of imaging cases centered on the system, medical imaging students can analyze and solve problems from the point of view of clinicians, improve the residents’ comprehensive understanding of patients’ diseases and their ability to comprehensively analyze the imaging diagnosis of complex diseases, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of residents in learning. It plays a positive and important role in improving the clinical thinking ability of residents.
