摘　　要：课程思政教育是当前很有必要开展的一个教学内容,测绘行业的快速发展让思政教育显得更为重要。本文从师资队伍建设、课程思政规划和创新教学方式三个方面进行探索。首先加强师资队伍建设,制定完善的制度,保障教师全身心投入教育任务工作中,按照课程思政教师内涵的根本要求提升教师综合能力,按照测绘学科方向规划专业课程思政团队建设。其次结合专业特点,规划测绘工程专业课程方向同德育领域的融合联系,挖掘专业课程思政教育元素。最后是将现代科学手段融入教学方法,通过大数据开展专业和精准思政教育。Course ideology and politics is a teaching content that is really necessary in currently. The rapid development of Surveying and mapping industry makes this education more important. This paper explores this area from three aspects: the construction of teaching staff, ideological and political planning and innovative teaching methods. First of all, we should strengthen the construction of teaching staff, formulate a perfect system to ensure teachers to devote themselves to the education task, improve teachers’ comprehensive ability according to the basic requirements of the connotation of Ideological and political teachers, and plan the construction of Ideological and political team of professional courses according to the direction of surveying and mapping discipline. Secondly, combined with the characteristics of the major, planning the integration of the curriculum direction of Surveying and Mapping Engineering with the field of moral education, mining the elements of Ideological and political education. Finally, we should integrate modern scientific means into teaching methods and carry out professional and accurate ideological and political education through big data.
