加拿大医学教育对中国西部医学教学改革的启示与思考

摘　　要：加拿大医学高等教育水平在北美乃至全世界都堪称一流。借助国家留学基金委的西部项目的契机,在加拿大英属哥伦比亚大学(UBC)进行为期半年的访学和调研。本文分析了加拿大现行医学类高等教育的特点和优势,结合西部医学类高等院校现有的培养模式,指出中国西部医学类高等教育教学存在的主要问题,得到了相应的启示,对医学类教学改革具有参考意义。The level of medical education in Canada is first-rate in North America and the world. With the opportunity of the Western Program of the China Scholarship Council, a half-year study visit and research at the University of British Columbia (UBC) in Canada. This article analyzes the characteristics and advantages of current medical higher education in Canada, combined with the existing training model of medical colleges and universities in western China, points out the main problems existing in medical higher education teaching in western China, and obtains corresponding enlightenment. Reform is of reference significance.
