摘　　要：教师是教育之本,师德建设乃教育之魂。师德培养是教师队伍建设的永恒主题。加强高校师德建设,应由多部门参与,不同渠道发力,针对不同教师群体和个体发展的不同阶段,制定相应的师德规范,提出多层化建设要求。科学的多层化建设是高校深化师德建设的有效途径。Teachers are the foundation of education and the construction of teachers’ ethics is the soul of education. Teacher morality training is the eternal theme of teacher troop construction. In order to strengthen the construction of teachers’ ethics in colleges and universities, it is necessary to formulate corresponding standards of teachers’ ethics and put forward requirements of different levels according to different stages of teachers’ development. Scientific stratification of teachers’ ethics is an effective way to deepen the construction of teachers’ ethics in colleges and universities.
