摘  要:目的:探讨线上形成性评价在护理胜任力教育中的应用效果。方法:选择医院2020年8月至2021年8月接收护理实习生98例,以随机数表法分为常规带教对照组(n = 49)与线上形成性评价干预观察组(n = 49),采用护士执业能力量表评估实习生的胜任能力,并比较其理论、操作、综合实践能力评分,另统计两组学生对教学工作的满意度及带教老师对护生的满意度。结果:观察组胜任能力评价中理论知识(87.13 ±6.50)分、健康教育(82.30 ±5.52)分、护理观察(80.33 ±5.67)分、专业技术(78.44 ±6.25)分、应急能力(79.31 ±6.34)分、院内感染(75.86 ±6.46)分,均高于对照组(PObjective: To explore the application effect of online formative assessment in nursing competency education. Means: Selecting hospitals to receive 98 nursing interns from August 2020 to August 2021, we divided into routine teaching control group (n = 49) and online formative evaluation intervention observation group (n = 49) by random number table method, the competency of interns was evaluated with the Nurse Practicing Ability Scale, and their scores of theory, operation and comprehensive practical ability were compared. In addition, the satisfaction of the two groups of students with teaching work and the satisfaction of teachers with nursing students were counted. Result: The scores of theoretical knowledge (87.13 ±6.50), health education (82.30 ±5.52), nursing observation (80.33 ±5.67), professional technology (78.44 ±6.25), emergency response ability (79.31 ±6.34), hospital infection (75.86 ±6.46) in the competency evaluation of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P
