基于思政教育的“三全育人”多元模式构建研究

摘　　要：习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上强调“思政课教学改革创新要坚持‘八个相统一’”,其中包括“要坚持显性教育和隐形教育相统一,挖掘其他课程和教学方式中蕴含的思想政治教育资源,实现全员全程全方位育人”,而贯彻落实“显隐教育”相统一,其中必须以课程思政和思政课程为抓手,则显示出在高校思想政治教育工作中“课程思政”和“思政课程”是不容我们所忽视的两方面。为贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,实现多方位、多元化、全方位育人,构建的基于思政教育的“三全育人”多元模式在价值引领、知识探索、能力建设、人格养成、未来发展等五个方位提出具体目标,明确了育人队伍在学生适应准备、稳定提升、走向成熟等三个育人阶段起到的重要作用,并激活各类育人要素,实现培养学生家国情怀、专业志趣、德智体美等领域全面发展的育人目标,践行以“立德树人”为根本任务的历史使命。General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed at the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities that “other courses should go hand in hand with ideological and political theory courses to form a synergistic effect”, showing that “curriculum ideological and political courses” and “ideological and political courses” are two aspects that cannot be ignored in the work of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. In order to implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and realize multi-directional, diversified and all-round education, the “three wholes of education” diversified model of curriculum ideological and political courses and ideological and political courses walking in the same direction puts forward specific goals in five directions, including value guidance, knowledge exploration, capacity building, personality cultivation, and future development, and clarifies the important role played by the education team in the three stages of education, such as students’ adaptation and preparation, stable improvement, and maturity, and activates various elements of education to achieve the cultivation of students’ feelings of home and country, professional interests, and the goal of educating people with all-round development in the fields of morality, intelligence, physique, and aesthetics practices the historical mission of “building virtue and cultivating people” as the fundamental task.
