摘  要:高等教育法学专业的课程思政建设中,案例教学是能够有效达到教育目标的重要方法之一,但案例教学要结合课程本身的内容和特点展开,进行相应设计与安排。以法学专业的主干课程刑法学总论为例,在根据所学课程特点、知识点难易程度选取典型案例后,要对案例教学的思路、方案和步骤安排进一步明确、细化,设计师生之间、生生之间的研讨环节,交流互动,使学生在这一过程中变被动灌输为主动参与,方能有效达成案例教学的目的,实现课程思政的教育目标。In the ideological and political construction of higher education law major, the case teaching is one of the important methods to effectively achieve the educational goal, but the case teaching should be carried out according to the content and characteristics of the course itself, and designed and arranged accordingly. In the main course of law major, criminal law theory, for example, according to the characteristics of the course to select typical cases, to plan to make students become passive to active participation in the process, can effectively achieve the purpose of case teaching, realize the course ideological education goal.
