高校青年教师思想政治现状及提升研究

摘　　要：青年教师是高校教师队伍的主力军,打造一支具有较高政治业务素质、结构合理、对社会主义事业忠诚的青年教师队伍,促进青年教师成长是具有重要战略意义的任务。对高校青年教师思想政治状况开展研究,能够补充相关理论并为高校进一步开展青年教师思想政治教育工作提供指导。对内蒙古自治区某高校青年教师进行问卷调查,运用SPSS23.0软件进行数据统计和分析,了解高校青年教师的政治观、价值观和道德观、职业观。研究发现,青年教师政治立场坚定,能够自觉维护学校荣誉,能够自觉遵守职业道德,对教师职业认同感较高,总体上呈现积极向上的态度,但也出现了对政治理论的学习不够重视、缺乏与实践相结合、职业压力大等问题。对此,高校应加强顶层设计,建立健全长效机制;利用“互联网 + 教育”创新青年教师思想政治教育途径;重视生成性评价;将青年教师思想政治教育融入生活。Young teachers are the main force in the universities, and it is of great strategic significance to build a contingent with high political and professional quality, reasonable structure, and loyalty to the so-cialist cause of young teachers, and to promote their development. Conducting research on the ideological and political situation of young teachers in universities can supply relevant theories and provide guidance for universities. In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted on young teachers in a university in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and SPSS23.0 software was used for data statistics and analysis to get information about the political, values, ethics and professional views of young teachers. The study found that young teachers have a firm political stance, can maintain school honors as well as abide the professional ethics consciously, who are also with highly sense of professional identification, and show a positive attitude generally. However, there are also problems such as insufficient attention to the political theory, lack of integration with practice, and undertaking great professional pressure. To solve these problems, universities should strengthen institutional design and establish a long-term mechanism, innovate the path of ideological and political education with “Internet + Education”, emphasis on generative evaluation, integrate the ideological and political education into young teachers’ daily lives.
