摘  要:在国家一流本科专业建设点等项目的支持下,沈阳航空航天大学“飞行器设计与工程”专业近年来得到持续建设发展,毕业生受到用人单位和升学高校的广泛好评。然而随着我校生源质量不断提高和行业向多元融合方向发展,亟需针对传统教研体系和育人模式进行改革创新。本文从我校飞行器设计专业特色及人才培养模式存在的问题出发,以所参与的教育部“虚拟教研室”建设为牵引,探索适合我校的飞行器设计与工程专业虚拟教研室运行机制,提出了惠及教师和学生的“面向实际、立体分层、交叉融合”双通道人才培养思路和建设方向,可为相关专业和地方院校教学改革提供参考。With the support of National First-Class Undergraduate Major Construction Site and other projects, the major “Aircraft Design and Engineering” of Shenyang Aerospace University has been continuously developed in recent years, and the graduates have been widely praised by employers and higher universities. However, with continuous improvement of the students’ quality and multi-integrated development of aerospace society, it is urgent to reform and innovate the traditional teaching and research system and education mode. Starting from the characteristics of the major and the problems in personnel training mode of our school, and guided by the construction of the “virtual teaching and research section” of the Ministry of Education, this paper explores the operation mechanism of the virtual teaching and research section for major “Aircraft Design and Engineering” of our school. The ideas “Facing Reality, Solid and Layered, Cross and Integration” for dual-channel personnel training that benefits both teachers and students, and construction directions are put forward, which can provide reference for the reform of relevant majors and local colleges.
