摘  要:高校的根本任务是立德树人,课程思政是新形势下高校思想政治教育工作的创新教育理念和实践热点。课程思政建设的成效在于,广泛调动教师参与课程思政的积极性,培养教师的育人意识和育人能力。本文对运筹学课程的育人资源进行了挖掘与实践,探索如何把育人元素有效的融入教学过程,将专业知识与课程思政紧密结合,充分发挥运筹学“润物无声”的育人功效,培养有责任有担当的社会主义有志青年。The fundamental task of higher education is to establish morality and cultivate people, and curriculum ideology and politics is an innovative educational concept and practical hotspot for ideological and political education work in higher education under the new situation. The effectiveness of the construction of curriculum ideology and politics lies in widely mobilizing the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in curriculum ideology and politics, and cultivating the awareness and ability of teachers to educate people. In this paper, the education resources of cultivating people in operations research course are mined and practiced, and how to effectively integrate nurturing elements into teaching process is explored. It is necessary to closely combine professional knowledge with curriculum ideology and politics to give full play to the “silent” nurturing effect of operations research, and to cultivate socialist ambitious youth with responsibility.
