摘 要:4 + 1 + 2心理咨询模式是由四个督导小组组成,每个督导小组都有一位督导教师(在学校担任心理学专业的授课教师且具有心理咨询的能力)和两名学生(经专业教师筛选、培训、考察、录用后的心理学专业的督导员)。通过线上(QQ视频或QQ语音)、线下(专门的心理咨询室)、书信投稿或者留言的方式进行心理咨询。多种的咨询方式可以满足学生多种要求(例如内向的同学更喜欢在线上或者书信投稿的方式进行咨询,而外向的同学则更多会选择线下),既解决了学校心理咨询教师资源的不足及咨询方式刻板化的问题,又给心理学专业的学生提供了校内实践的机会。The 4 + 1 + 2 psychological counseling model is composed of four supervision groups, each of which has a supervision teacher (a teacher who serves as a psychology major in the school and has the ability of psychological counseling) and two students (a psychology major supervisor who has been selected, trained, investigated and recorded by the professional teachers). Psychological counseling is conducted by online (QQ video or QQ voice), offline (special psychological counseling room), letter submission or message. A variety of consultation methods can meet various requirements of students (for example, introverted students prefer to consult online or by letter submission, while extroverted students prefer to consult offline), which not only solves the shortage of school psychological consultation teachers’ resources and the problem of stereotyped consultation methods, but also provides students majoring in psychology with opportunities to practice in school.
