基于职业能力培养的中职文秘专业课程教学策略探究——以《秘书职业礼仪》课程为例

摘  要:中职《秘书职业礼仪》课程的教学目标是培养具有一般职业能力、综合职业能力和专业能力等专业技能的职业技术人员,但在师资队伍、教学方法、教学评价等方面还存在着诸多问题。基于职业能力的培养,《秘书职业礼仪》课程教学策略应包括:培养学生的职业意识,考察教学环境,如观摩校内实训中心、参观校外实习企业、邀请优秀毕业学生分享职业体验等;促进学生的职业意识,创新教学方式,例如:灵活应用任务驱动教学、动作示范教学、混合式教学、翻转式教学;加强职业认同感,积极参加社会实践活动。The teaching goal of the course “Professional Etiquette of Secretaries” is to cultivate vocational and technical personnel with professional skills such as general vocational ability, comprehensive vocational ability and professional ability, but there are still many problems in the teaching team, teaching methods, teaching evaluation and other aspects. Based on the cultivation of professional ability, the teaching strategies of the “Professional Etiquette of Secretaries” course should include: cultivating students’ professional awareness, inspecting the teaching environment, such as observing on-campus training centers, visiting off-campus internship enterprises, and inviting outstanding graduates to share their career experience;promote students’ professional awareness and innovate teaching methods, such as: flexible application of task-driven teaching, action demonstration teaching, blended teaching, flipped teaching;strengthen professional identity and actively participate in social practice activities.
