摘 要:法学双学位教育是指学生在主修本专业的同时辅修了法学专业,并通过课程考试取得法学学士学位,力在培养复合型法律人才。在我国经济发展和全球经济一体化,积极推进法治建设的背景下,对法律人才的需求只增不减。目前很多高校都已经开展法学双学位教育,但开展过程中出现诸如课程设置不合理;教育资源不足、质量不过硬;双学位管理困难等问题,难以培养出复合型法律人才。究其原因主要是现行学分制不灵活;相关配套政策不完善以及缺乏有效质量监管机制。本文从法学双学位教育面临的困境成因入手,提出完善政策制定规范;明确培养目标、筛选培养对象;优化课程结构;严格考核奖惩制度、弹性学分制等措施,为提高法学双学位办学质量添砖加瓦。Dual degree education in law means that students who have minored in law while majoring in this major and obtaining a bachelor’s degree in law through the course examination, strive to cultivate compound legal talents. In the context of China’s economic development and global economic integration, and the active promotion of the construction of the rule of law, the demand for legal talents has only increased. At present, many colleges and universities have launched double degree education in law, but there are unreasonable courses in the process of carrying out;insufficient and poor quality of educational resources;difficulties in managing dual degrees make it difficult to cultivate compound legal talents. The main reason is that the current credit system is inflexible;the relevant supporting policies are not perfect and there is a lack of effective quality supervision mechanism. Starting from the causes of the difficulties faced by double degree education in law, this paper proposes to improve the norms of policy formulation. Clarify the training goals and screen the cultivation objects;optimize course structure;strict assessment reward and punishment system, flexible credit system and other measures have contributed to the improvement of the quality of double law degrees.
