摘　　要：住院医师是医院中重要的医疗力量,他们需要接受专业的培训才能够胜任自己的工作。在医疗工作中,除了专业知识和专业技能外,住院医师还需要具备良好的思想政治素质,这对于他们的工作和职业道德水平提升有着至关重要的作用。因此,在住院医师培训中加强思想政治素质的培养和教育是非常必要的。本文通过分析住院医师规范化培训教学中的实际情况,探讨了如何在教学中挖掘和实践思政元素,提升住院医师的思想政治素质,促进他们成为德才兼备的医学人才。Residents are an important medical force in hospitals, and they need professional training to be able to do their jobs. In medical work, in addition to professional knowledge and professional skills, residents also need to have good ideological and political quality, which play a vital role in improving their work and professional ethics. Therefore, it is very necessary to strengthen the cultivation and education of ideological and political qualities in the training of resident doctors. By analyzing the actual situation in the standardized training and teaching of residents, this paper discusses how to explore and practice ideological and political elements in teaching, improve the ideological and political quality of residents, and promote them to become medical talents with both ability and integrity.
