摘 要:本文围绕提升高校本科应用心理学专业毕业论文质量的策略,以河北中医药大学为例,从学生、教师和管理三个层面分析了当前存在的问题及原因,如选题质量不佳、学生科研能力不足、教师动力不足、缺乏过程性考核等,提出了一系列提升论文质量的策略,包括建立师生课题组、优化培养方案与课程设置等,对于提升本科应用心理学专业毕业论文质量具有一定的指导意义,可为相关教学单位和教师提供参考。This study focuses on strategies to enhance the quality of undergraduate applied psychology theses, using Hebei University of Chinese Medicine as a case study. The analysis is conducted from three perspectives: students, teachers, and management, in order to identify the current problems and their underlying causes. These problems include poor topic selection, insufficient research capabilities of students, lack of motivation among teachers, and a lack of process-oriented assessment. Based on the analysis, a series of strategies are proposed to improve the quality of theses. These include establishing mentor-student research groups, optimizing training programs and curriculum design. These strategies have the potential to provide guidance for enhancing the quality of undergraduate applied psychology theses and can serve as a reference for relevant educational institutions and teachers.
