农村小学全科教师心理辅导能力提升路径探究

摘  要:具备一定的心理辅导能力是对全体中小学教师的基本要求,由于城乡教育资源差异等原因,农村小学全科教师更需要具备足够的心理辅导能力。本研究结合了一些相关文献,以及访谈、问卷调查等资料,总结了提升农村小学全科教师心理辅导能力的几个有效路径:职前阶段要优化课程设置,充分依托核心课程,实现多课程协同培养,并进一步加强实践教学;职后阶段要增加培训机会,合理利用网络培训和远程培训,激发教师自主学习的意愿。最后,职前职后的培养应该有效衔接,形成职前职后“一体化”的培养体系。Possessing competent psychological guidance ability is a fundamental requirement for all primary and secondary school teachers. Due to disparities in urban and rural educational resources, generalist teachers in rural primary schools especially need to possess robust psychological guidance ability. This study, drawing from relevant literature, interviews, and surveys, summarizes several effective pathways to enhance the psychological guidance ability of generalist teachers in rural primary schools: In the pre-service phase, there should be an optimization of curriculum design, with a strong reliance on core courses to achieve collaborative training across multiple courses, further strengthening practical teaching. In the in-service phase, increasing training opportunities is essential, making rational use of online and remote training sessions to inspire teachers’ auton-omous learning motivations. Finally, the training in both pre-service and inservice stages should be effectively linked, culminating in an “integrated” training system that spans both phases.
