摘  要:外语学习焦虑这一重要情感因素,会对学生外语学习带来显著影响。为此,本文以外语学习焦虑与外语教学作为研究对象,详细探讨了外语学习焦虑的成因,并在此基础上提出克服或者减轻学习焦虑的应对策略,旨在提高学生外语学习的积极性和主动性,改善学生的外语学习水平和提高外语学习能力。Foreign language learning anxiety, an important emotional factor, can have a significant impact on students’ foreign language learning. Therefore, this paper takes foreign language learning anxiety and foreign language teaching as research objects, and explores the reasons of foreign language learning anxiety in detail. Based on this, it gives coping strategies to overcome or reduce learning anxiety, aiming to improve students’ enthusiasm and initiative in foreign language learning, improve their foreign language level, and enhance their foreign language learning abilities.
