摘　　要：为了探索高职教育成本分担机制如何更好地服务于高职教育质量、效率和公平性的提升,本文研究了我国高职教育的现状、存在的问题,以及通过资源共享、校企合作和产教融合等策略探讨如何提高教育效益。结果表明,与其他高等教育机构及中职学校进行合作与共享资源,能够大幅度降低重复投资,提升资源利用率,同时校企合作和产教融合也是有效降低高职教育成本、提高教育效果的方法。因此,建议高职院校进一步深化合作与资源共享,制定合理的财政策略,积极争取更多的社会支持,以推动高职教育质量和效益的持续提升。In order to explore how the cost sharing mechanism of higher vocational education can better serve the improvement of the quality, efficiency and fairness of higher vocational education, this paper studied the current situation and existing problems of higher vocational education in China, and discussed how to improve the efficiency of education through resource sharing, school- enterprise cooperation and integration of industry and education. The results show that the cooperation and resource sharing with other higher education institutions and secondary vocational schools can greatly reduce the duplication of investment and improve the utilization rate of resources. Mean-while, school-enterprise cooperation and the integration of industry and education are also effective methods to reduce the cost of higher vocational education and improve the education effect. There-fore, it is suggested that higher vocational colleges further deepen cooperation and resource sharing, formulate reasonable financial strategies, and actively strive for more social support in order to promote the continuous improvement of quality and efficiency of higher vocational education.
