摘 要:劳动教育具有基础性和教育性,中小学教师劳动教育素养的高低直接决定着基础教育阶段劳动教育实施的成效。研究采用问卷调查的方法,以湖南省长沙市中小学教师为调查对象,调查当前中小学教师劳动教育素养的现实状况。调查发现,中小学教师具备一定的劳动教育素养,但整体情况欠佳。研究提出,各学校和教师可通过夯实劳动教育理念根基、完善劳动教育培养体系、促进劳动教育知识转化来提高教师劳动教育素养,以保障学校劳动教育的有效开展。Labor education is basic and educational. The labor education literacy of primary and secondary school teachers directly determines the effectiveness of the implementation of labor education in the basic education stage. The study adopted a questionnaire survey method and took primary and secondary school teachers in Changsha City, Hunan Province as the survey subjects to investigate the current reality of primary and secondary school teachers’ labor education literacy. The survey found that primary and secondary school teachers have certain labor education literacy, but the overall situation is not good. The study proposes that schools and teachers can improve teachers’ labor education literacy by consolidating the foundation of labor education concepts, improving the labor education training system, and promoting the transformation of labor education knowledge to ensure the effective development of labor education in schools.
