摘  要:法律职业伦理是每个法律从业人员的必修课,也是法律从业人员在履行相关法律职责时必须坚守的道德信仰和职业准则。在民主和法治化进程中,我们逐渐意识到仅仅拥有完善的法律制度对于法治国家的发展而言是远远不够的,一部法律如果想真正实现其价值,还需要培养出一大批高素质的、能够正确的贯彻落实法律实施的法律人才。法律职业伦理教学内容与法律职业密切衔接,因而需要思考如何才能最大限度地让法学生从法律职业伦理课程中学习到应当掌握的知识。笔者在教学过程中积累了一点自己的经验,就此提出自己的一些思考和课堂教学模式改革建议。Legal professional ethics is a compulsory course for every legal practitioner, and it is also the moral belief and professional standard that legal practitioners must adhere to when performing relevant legal duties. In the process of democracy and rule of law, we gradually realize that only having a perfect legal system is far from enough for the development of a country ruled by law. If a law wants to truly realize its value, it also needs to train a large number of high-quality legal talents who can correctly implement the implementation of the law. The teaching content of legal professional ethics is closely connected with the legal profession, so it is necessary to think about how to maximize the knowledge that law students should learn from the legal professional ethics course. The author has accumulated a little experience in the teaching process, and put forward some ideas and suggestions on the reform of classroom teaching mode.
