摘　　要：目前高校毕业生普遍存在就业难的情况。由于自身和学校的综合原因,导致大学生的能力无法满足社会需求,出现了高等教育迟滞的窘境。为提高毕业生的就业竞争力,能力教育成为关注的焦点。本文对能力教育中的主要概念进行梳理,对比其中的关系和优劣,以方便后续研究的开展。At present, it is difficult for college graduates to find employment. Due to their own and the university’s comprehensive reasons, the ability of college students can not meet the needs of society, there is a dilemma of higher education lag. In order to improve the employment competitiveness of graduates, ability education has become the focus of attention. In this paper, the main concepts of ability education are sorted out, and the relationship and advantages are compared, so as to facilitate the follow-up research.
