摘  要:校史,作为一所学校成长与发展的历史脉络,不仅承载着学校独特的育人经验,更是立德树人的生动教材。根据党和国家关于高等教育发展的新要求,高校应致力于实现“三全育人”的教育目标。而校史教育,正是实现这一目标的有效途径之一。通过校史教育,可以引导学生深入了解学校的发展历程,感悟学校的文化底蕴,提高学生的思想道德修养,增强文化自信。这不仅对深化内涵建设、提升教育效果具有重要意义,还有助于引导青年学子树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,为培养社会主义建设者和接班人打下坚实基础。校史教育能够将课堂教育与情感价值教育相结合,挖掘校史中蕴含的历史与现实、物质与精神资源,与高校思想政治教育课程紧密结合,转化为重要的教学资源。因此,高校应积极开展校史教育,将其作为加强大学生思想政治教育工作的重要抓手,以推动高校思想政治教育工作的创新发展。School history, as a record of a school’s growth and development, contains unique educational experiences and serves as a vivid teaching tool for moral cultivation. In line with the Party and state’s new requirements for higher education, colleges and universities should aim to achieve the “three comprehensive education” goal. School history education is crucial in realizing this goal. It helps students understand the school’s development, feel its cultural heritage, improve ideological and moral cultivation, and enhance cultural confidence. This is significant for education’s effectiveness and guiding students to establish correct worldviews, life perspectives, and values, to lay a solid foundation for cultivating socialist builders and successors. School history education combines classroom learning with emotional value education, tapping into historical and material resources. It integrates with ideological and political education courses, making them valuable teaching resources. Therefore, colleges and universities should prioritize school history education to strengthen student ideological and political education, promoting innovative development in this field.
