摘 要:目的:将虚拟仿真技术应用在腰椎穿刺术实践教学当中,应用虚拟仿真软件提高临床实践教学水平。方法:随机抽取120名我校2023年毕业的中西医临床医学生为研究对象,将120名学生随机分为两组,对照组(60)与实验组(60)。实验组学生将采用基于虚拟仿真技术的教学方式,对照组学生将采用传统的演示授课方式。最终统一考核成绩统计分析。结果:实验组学生为(90 ± 4.54)分,与对照组的(82.78 ± 5.32),两组间差异有统计学意义(t = 7.98, P < 0.05)。实验组学生成绩优于对照组。结论:实验组成绩有明显优越性,腰椎穿刺虚拟仿真技术在临床教学中可进一步广泛应用。Objective: To apply virtual simulation technology in practical teaching of lumbar puncture and improve the level of clinical practice teaching by using virtual simulation software. Method: 120 clinical students of traditional Chinese and Western medicine who graduated from our school in 2023 were randomly selected as the research subjects. The 120 students were randomly divided into two groups: a control group (60) and an experimental group (60). The experimental group students will adopt a teaching method based on virtual simulation technology, while the control group students will adopt traditional demonstration teaching methods. Finally unified statistical analysis of assessment results. Result: The experimental group students scored (90 ± 4.54) points, which was significantly different from the control group (82.78 ± 5.32) (t = 7.98, P < 0.05). The experimental group students performed better than the control group. Conclusion: The experimental group has significant superiority in performance, and virtual simulation technology of lumbar puncture can be further widely applied in clinical teaching.
