摘 要:临床实践是培养优秀护士的重要阶段。手术室是全院核心科室,相对于风险较高,工作节奏较快,仪器设备较多,对无菌要求也高。手术室实习是实习护士从学习理论知识到临床工作的过渡阶段,面对具有专业性较强和独立性较强的手术室工作,如未完全掌握标准护理操作很难顺利配合开展工作,在一定程度上增加手术感染风险。手术室实习护士临床教学模式主要有床边教学、情景模拟教学、以问题为基础的教学、“网络–模拟–床边”三步教学法等。多种教学模式成为传统教学模式的有效补充,促进了手术室实习护士教学质量的提高和进步。Clinical practice is an important stage to train excellent nurses. The operating room is the core department of the whole hospital, with the higher risk, the work rhythm is faster, there are more instruments and equipment, and the aseptic requirements are also high. Operating room practice is the transitional stage from learning theoretical knowledge to clinical work. Facing the professional and independent operating room work, it is difficult to smoothly cooperate with the work without fully mastering standard nursing operations, which may increase the risk of surgical infection to a certain extent. There are bedside teaching, scene simulation teaching, problem-based teaching, “network-simulation-bedside” three-step teaching method and so on. A variety of teaching modes have become an effective supplement to the traditional teaching mode, which has promoted the improvement and progress of the teaching quality of nursing students in the operating room.
