医学院校《马克思主义基本原理》课程教学实效性研究——基于“智慧课堂 + 医学元素”与“原理”课的融合

摘  要:《马克思主义基本原理》课程是落实立德树人根本任务和实现铸魂育人的关键课程,目前高等医学院校“原理”课教学普遍存在重理论、轻实践,思政教育与医德教育融合不够等问题。本文在通过问卷调查和访谈师生的基础上,分析了医学院校“原理”课程教学存在的问题,提出将医学院素融入“原理”课教学的必要性和可能性,并从“‘智慧课堂 + 医学人文趣事’优化课堂导入、‘智慧课堂 + 医学知识’创设学习情境、‘智慧课堂 + 医德实践培养’激发学生参与度”三个维度提出提升医学院校“原理”课教学时效性的教学策略,旨在培养医学生高尚医德、提高运用马克思主义原理分析问题与解决问题的能力。Basic Principles of Marxism is the key course to morality education and to cultivate people by casting soul. At present, there are many problems in the teaching of “Principle” course in medical colleges, such as emphasizing theory, neglecting practice, and insufficient integration of political thought education and medical ethics education. On the basis of questionnaires and interviews with teachers and students, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the teaching of “Principle” course in medical colleges, and puts forward the necessity and possibility of integrating medical college elements into the teaching of “Principle” course. In order to cultivate the medical students’ noble medical ethics and improve their ability of analyzing and solving problems with Marxist principles, the teaching strategies are put forward from three aspects: “Wisdom Classroom + medical humanities anecdotes” to optimize introduction, “Wisdom Classroom + medical knowledge” to create learning situations ,”Wisdom Classroom + medical ethics practice” to stimulate students’ participation degree.
