摘 要:目的:探讨阅读障碍儿童的认知功能缺陷。方法:选取符合儿童汉语阅读障碍量表(Dyslexia Checklist for Chinese Children, DCCC)诊断标准的阅读障碍儿童(developmental dyslexia,DD组)53例,正常儿童(typically developing children,TD组) 52例,采用自编测评测试知觉注意、工作记忆以及执行功能。结果:阅读障碍组儿童在各项任务的正确率均显著低于正常发展组(p < 0.05)。结论:阅读障碍儿童在知觉注意、工作记忆以及执行功能方面均存在不同程度的缺陷。Objective: To explore the cognitive function defects of children with dyslexia. Methods: A total of 53 children with developmental dyslexia (DD group) who met the diagnostic criteria of the Dyslexia Checklist for Chinese Children (DCCC) and 52 typically developing children (TD group) were selected. Self-designed assessment tests were used to evaluate perceptual attention, working memory, and executive function. Results: The accuracy of children with dyslexia in various tasks was significantly lower than that of the typically developing group (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Children with dyslexia have varying degrees of defects in perceptual attention, working memory, and executive function.
