摘  要:产教融合协同育人是职业教育人才培养的大方向和总原则,而产业学院是实现产教融合的一种重要组织形式,我们在长期实践过程中摸索建立了一种以核心企业为运营主体,依托重点园区,联合政府、行业协会、各大中小企业和本专科院校的产业学院创新模式。这种模式可以有效链接高校和区域政府主导的产业园区,解决当地政府医药产业孵化中的用人问题,为园区和周边企业输送合格的高技能人才,为政府的医药产业政策、产业孵化提供人力要素支撑;同时有力促进学校的模块化课程体系和师资建设以及学生的高质量就业。The integration of industry and education is the general direction and general principle of vocational education talent training, and the industrial college is an important organizational form to achieve the integration of industry and education, we have explored and established a core enterprise as the main body of operation, relying on key parks, joint government, industry associations, large and medium-sized enterprises and the college of the industrial college innovation model. This model can effectively link the industrial parks led by universities and regional governments, solve the employment problems in the incubation of the pharmaceutical industry of the local government, provide qualified high-skilled talents for the park and surrounding enterprises, and provide human element support for the government’s pharmaceutical industry policies and industrial incubation;At the same time, it will vigorously promote the school’s curriculum system and teacher construction, as well as the extensive and high-quality employment of students.
