摘　　要：随着经济社会的发展和教育体制的改革,社会更加注重对学生综合素质的培养。高职院校作为培养人才的重要基地,承担着向社会输送技能型人才的职能。思想政治教育和管理水平对于促进学生的全面发展起到了关键性的作用。高职学生的思想政治教育和管理不能墨守成规、一成不变,而应根据时代的发展和形势的变化不断优化内容,营造良好的思政氛围,使学生在无形中接受思政文化熏陶。基于此,本文在简单介绍了新形势下高职学生思想政治教育和管理的问题后,着重阐述了解决这些问题的针对性策略,以提升学生思想政治教育和管理水平。With the development of the economy and society and the reform of the education system, society pays more attention to the cultivation of students’ comprehensive quality. As an important base for training talents, higher vocational colleges bear the function of conveying skilled talents to society. The level of ideological and political education and management plays a key role in promoting the all-round development of students. The ideological and political education and management of students in higher vocational colleges should be optimized according to the development of the times and the change of the situation to create a good ideological and political atmosphere, making the student accept the ideological and political culture in invisible edification. Based on this, this paper briefly introduces the problems of ideological and political education and management of higher vocational students in the new situation, and then focuses on the corresponding strategies to solve these problems so as to improve the level of ideological and political education and management of students.
