摘  要:教育是国家复兴基石,高校教师需提升职业道德修养,以推动高等教育发展。在新工科背景下,机械电子工程专业教师需兼顾教学、科研及实践指导,积极参与校企合作,提升实践能力。本文论述了加强教师职业道德修养对促进高等教育发展和教师自身发展的意义,特别是机械电子工程专业青年教师在新工科背景下提升该专业教师职业道德修养的途径。Education is the cornerstone of national rejuvenation, and university teachers need to enhance their professional ethics to promote the development of higher education. In the context of new engineering disciplines, teachers majoring in mechanical and electronic engineering need to balance teaching, research, and practical guidance, actively participate in school-enterprise cooperation, and enhance practical abilities. This article discusses the significance of strengthening teachers’ professional ethics cultivation in promoting the development of higher education and teachers’ own development, especially the ways for young teachers majoring in mechanical and electronic engineering to enhance their professional ethics cultivation in the context of new engineering disciplines.
