摘  要:“新农科建设”为我国三农战略所需要的复合型、创新型人才培养指明了方向,中国农业大学葡萄与葡萄酒工程双一流本科专业必修课“葡萄酒工厂设计”顺应时代潮流,以新农科建设理念为导向,探索在课程教学中的改革与实践。通过混合式教学模式、多模态教学方式和互联网+的应用等,突出学科特色优势、构建全方位课程体系,取得了较好的教学效果,对满足新农科背景下社会对创新型农林人才的培养需求进行了有益的探讨。“New Agricultural Construction” points out the direction for the cultivation of compound and innovative talents required by the strategy of agriculture, rural areas, and farmers in China. The compulsory course “Wine Factory Design” of the double first-class undergraduate major of grape and wine Engineering in China Agricultural University conforms to the trend of The Times and explores the reform and practice in the course teaching guided by the concept of new agricultural construction. Through the application of mixed teaching mode, multi-modal teaching mode and Internet+, it has highlighted the characteristics and advantages of the subject, built a comprehensive curriculum system, and achieved good teaching results, and carried out a beneficial discussion on meeting the social demand for training innovative agricultural and forestry talents under the background of new agricultural science.
