摘  要:随着教育改革的不断深化,教育目标已超越传统知识技能传授,转而注重学生全面发展,特别强调合作精神和集体意识的培养。在此背景下,同伴教育作为新兴教育模式备受瞩目。本文围绕“高等教育法规视域下同伴教育在法治意识培育中的实践策略”展开探讨,旨在先进教育理论指导下,探索如何利用同辈群体互动有效促进教育教学活动。通过实施同伴教育策略,不仅加强青少年间的交流与合作,更在无形中培养其法治意识,使他们在日常学习生活中更加尊重规则、崇尚法治。此教育策略有助于达成更全面深入的教育目标,为培育具备优异综合素质的新时代青少年提供坚实支撑,进一步助推教育事业的繁荣发展。With the continuous deepening and development of education reform, the goal of education has gone beyond the traditional scope of imparting basic cultural knowledge and skills, and has paid more attention to the all-round development of students, especially in cultivating students’ cooperative spirit and collective consciousness. In this context of educational transformation, the application of peer education has gradually attracted widespread attention. This paper focuses on the practical exploration of peer education, aiming to explore how to effectively utilize the interaction and influence between peer groups under the guidance of advanced educational theories and the support of rich practical experience to carry out fruitful educational and teaching activities. Through the implementation of peer education, it can not only promote communication and cooperation among young people, but also subtly cultivate their awareness of the rule of law, so that they can respect rules and advocate the rule of law more in their daily study and life.
